We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving wellness center. As the Wellness Centre Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the wellness center, including staff recruitment, scheduling, and supervision.
• Uphold high standards of service quality and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for customers.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and foster loyalty to the center.
• Oversee front desk duties, including managing inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions.
• Develop and implement creative package offerings to attract and retain customers.
• Work towards achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of beauty and body treatments, with relevant certificates preferred.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting holistic health and well-being.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate the center's operating hours.

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Food and/or Drinks wholesale experience
• From rice, cooking essentials, sugar to drinks products, you would be initiating new sales with wholesale, retail outlets, vending machine operators, supermarkets, petrol kiosks, eateries, provision shops and etc.
• We are a rice importer, we also retail cooking oil, sauces and processed drinks. We are growing the importer's portfolio, so you will have a variety of products to sell.

1. Basic salary = $2000, sales target 10 new accounts per month (min. MoQ).

2. Transport = monthly allowance

3. Commission = 100% pay-as-you-sell scheme. No ceiling.
