1. Proactively manage the establishment of new dealer accounts.
2. Foster and maintain strong relationships within the dealer network.
3. Implement sales strategies for both new and existing dealer accounts.
4. Monitor dealer visits and provide daily sales forecasts.
5. Stay updated on developments in the Singapore motorcycle industry, including COE regulations and new laws.
6. Analyze consumer purchasing behavior and market trends.
7. Effectively communicate company initiatives, pricing changes, and updates to dealers.
8. Handle inquiries from showroom visitors, as well as online and telephone inquiries.
9. Propose innovative initiatives to improve dealer management.
10. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of motorcycles.
11. Provide customer-centric assistance, from initial inquiries to motorcycle handover.

Entry Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably with automotive industry experience.
• Education: Minimum NTC 2 / NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• License: Valid Class 2B / 2A / 2 driving license.
