Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative tasks related to Relationship Manager (RM) activities.
• Handle the creation and revision of service agreements.
• Attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on quotation, service agreement, and payment status.
• Maintain the CRM system, update and maintain the quotation list, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
