Position Description

This position is responsible for supporting sales team in achieving sales target and growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

· Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.

· Develop and maintain good customer business relationship

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point

· Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory

· Independent, articulate, strong technical knowledge and a team player

· Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.

• Identify and engage with potential customers to offer tailored solutions for their semiconductor processes.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to providing post-sale support.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, working closely with technical and R&D departments to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Contribute to business development by identifying market trends and growth opportunities within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring alignment on terms and conditions.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Analyze sales data and costs to monitor performance and optimize sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports for management review.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain and update client contact information and records.
• Support marketing efforts by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
• Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products will address client needs and requirements.
• Offer pre-sales technical assistance, including product demonstrations and educational support.
• Assist the sales manager with data analysis, preparing sales presentations, and other sales-related tasks.
