Medley Music Academy seeks an individual to oversee the administrative, day-to-day running operations of the music school.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Assist customers with styling and recommend our latest jewellery collections.
• Manage inventory, restock items, and maintain store readiness.
• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process online order collections and provide after-sales services as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.

• Contribute to achieve long term strategic plan of expansion into key markets.
• Work with Senior Management to develop the selection criteria & key negotiation terms for technology licensing, JV or other collaboration methods
• Identify the areas of opportunities and focus for products & services recommendation
