• Utilize commercial and in-house EDA tools (e.g. Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) for the design and implementation of 100 ~ 400 million gate integrated circuits in 7nm/5nm/3nm/2nm process technologies.
• Proficient with a full Netlist/Gates to GDS flow, inclusive of all construction stages (e.g. RTL synthesis, placement, clock tree synthesis, detailed routing, physical verification, formal verification and timing analysis) for complex digital blocks of up to 12Mgates/3M instances with embedded macros. Ability to handle multiple block assignments in parallel is required.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and scripting languages is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years or more experience in a relevant field.

Primary Function

• To provide a high level of technical support across the company, both to internal customers and external customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Scope of Job:

• Writing Specifications and Technical reports
• Telephone mannerisms support will be provided over the phone and email.
• Work closely with contract technicians to visit customers, when applicable to fix the problem.
• Check and Grade return stock with the best justification.
• Working with customers to identify product problems and advise on the solution.
• Work collaboratively with technicians, and the technical service team to develop and deliver long-term solutions to meet customer needs.

Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:

• Participate in training and team development activities to update skills and knowledge.
• Prepare defect reports to communicate with factories’ QA.
• To undertake additional duties or projects as the technical Manager may determine from time to time.
• To conduct carrier new product(s) on field-testing.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Higher Nitec & above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Home Appliances related industry or other Engineering background.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

· Engaged in sizing, calculation, design layout, quantities and estimation based on drawings.

· Provide technical support to Sales team.

· Preparation of quotation and technical proposal.

· Prepare drawings and other technical submittals.

· Attend meetings with consultants, engineers and clients.

· On-site troubleshooting/servicing work, resolving technical & engineering aspects, and Testing & Commissioning.

· Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements
