Sales Coordinator

This is a permanent position attached to a SME in the import and export business and with regional offices. Location: East.

Job Scope

-Processing of Purchase Orders

-Preparation of Invoices

-Follow up and monitor customers’ complaints and overdue payment

-General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.

-Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.

-Support and follow-up for sales activities.

-Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders.

-Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.

-Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

– Accomplish the Company’s mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for a diligent intern with some experience working in an arts environment. You must be able to commit fully to the duration of the internship. The working hours during production days will be long. You may be required to stay in the evenings or come early in the mornings. You will be part of a small team managing the daily running of the office. You will be directly involved in the company’s production of our annual season programmes, including chorus concerts, Gala Concert and Opera staging.

Marketing

• Assist in managing social media platforms and monitoring activities on the company’s social media calendar
