Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote products to customers in a store or at events, explaining features and benefits to encourage purchases.
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals set by the company or the store.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the products being promoted.
• Keep the store or area clean, organized and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the store manager.
• Work closely with other store staff to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
• Ad hoc paperwork and duties assigned.

• GCE “O” Level or its equivalent.
