Roles & Responsibilities
1. Developing strategies to improve sales
2. Effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
3. To delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales manager
4. Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
5. Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
6. Monitoring the performance of the sales team
7. Ensuring that the studio is clean and well-maintained at all times
8. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
9. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
10. Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
11. Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
12. Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency
Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
Responsible for the sales of your category of products
Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
