• Keep the Management Corporation informed on all matters regarding the maintenance and management of the Estate.
• Prepare and thereafter convene the Council Meetings and General Meetings of the Management Corporation including drafting of budgets and cash flows and record minutes thereof.
• Attend to all correspondence, statutory notifications and enquiries on behalf of the Management Corporatio
• Liaise with contractors, solicitors, auditors and relevant government authorities.
• Attend to all complaints, queries and suggestions.
• Ensure all necessary government licences and permits are applied or renewed on time.
• Carry out the necessary audit of the inventory record according to the SOP of the company.
• Prepare or arrange for the preparation of specifications and documents for the calling of quotations.
• Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts.
• Prepare and implement an overall planned preventive maintenance programme.
• Supervise and ensure that all routine maintenance work and service contracts are properly carried out according to the terms and conditions of the contracts.
• Supervise to ensure that repairs and replacement works are carried out properly by the contractors, sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Professional certificate/ diploma or degree in estate.
• Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.

Job Requirements

- Strong background in Project Management with a solid understanding of material science, particularly in polymer chemistry and processing technologies.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and align research activities with business goals.

- Expertise in coordinating the development of materials with debonding on demand (DoD) functionalities and ensuring their commercial viability.

- Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing scientists and technology developers in a research and development setting.

- Experience in collaboration with external R&D partners and driving open innovation initiatives.

- PhD or Master’s in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related field.

- 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management and leadership roles in material development.
