Job description:

• Develop trade and marketing strategies to achieve company business objectives.

• Work with and partner the sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring department goals are met and sales targets achieved.

• Prepare annual marketing plans for the Sales and Marketing team

• Work closely with S&OP team on demand planning and forecast

• To achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profitability of brands

• To lead market penetration for new launches and skilled in multi-channel marketing

• Conduct scheduled business reviews with senior management and principals.

• To align and achieve both principals and company's objectives.

• New product development planning and launches.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing from customer acquisition to customer conversion and loyalty

• Experienced in developing and presenting omni-channel marketing plans.

• Understanding of local and regional consumer insights

• Experienced in marketing within the indications of ophthalmology and dental is preferrable

Marketing Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets that support and elevate our brand's marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing trends to effectively communicate messages and enhance user experience across multiple channels.

The designs are often aimed at promoting a product, service, or brand, and play a key role in enhancing brand recognition, driving sales, and communicating with target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and other promotional materials. Creation of marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
• Design for both digital and print formats, ensuring that assets are optimized for various platforms such as social media and printed collateral.
• Assist in creating compelling visuals for content marketing initiatives, including infographics and video elements.
• Help shape the visual direction of the company’s marketing strategy by staying current on industry trends, technologies, and tools.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, Capcut) is a plus.
• Experience designing for eCommerce or retail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

The International Product Marketing team in [x Geo] is looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to work on Apple’s thrilling product launches and ongoing marketing efforts. The candidate is expected to provide technical consultation and operational support for the Product Marketing organization. This includes support for Apple's product launches and press briefings, internal testing of Apple devices, as well as product and feature qualification of new Apple hardware. This role is part of the International Product Marketing organization - a group of product experts who champion products within their respective markets and seek innovative ways to keep our products at the heart of the customer conversation. The International Product Marketing organization lays the foundation for Apple's peerless demonstrations, presentations, and briefings. Description

• Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with product managers providing technical expertise to ensure products receive the launch they deserve
• Streamline processes to help Product Marketing efficiently prepare for launches within ongoing marketing efforts, including product briefing and experiential events
• Conduct hardware and software testing in partnership with Product Marketing
• A strong sense of individual ownership and responsibility is required, while working in a team environment
• Troubleshoot devices
• Become a visible and vocal member of the Product Marketing team

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with both iOS and macOS, as well as Apple hardware
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting is highly favorable
• Solution and process-oriented independent thinker with a strong eye for detail
• Proficient written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences
• Creative and ambitious thinking is highly encouraged

Main Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, design, and create marketing and events materials both digitally and in print
• Develop and maintain websites, social media, and other online activities
• Build and maintain an effective database for email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns
• Track and analyse “Return of Investment” (ROI) on publicity initiatives
• Prepare, design, and create resources for printing (e.g., Learning Resources, Brochures)
• Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma (desirable in design/ visual communication/ media
• Experienced in Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere PRO, Wordpress web content management, Email Marketing, Analytics tools (Google analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
