RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. S/He plans, implements and reviews MINDS' medium to long term plans & initiatives. • Responsible for stocks replenishment on shelves and inventory management.
• Handle sales enquiries etc.
• Able to work individually and as a team.

Requirements:

• Basic PC knowledge for invoicing etc using Microsoft Excel and MYOB Accounting System (training will be provided too).
• Mandarin speaking environment, with basic English (spoken and written).
• Experience in Retail preferred.
• May need to carry heavy goods.
• Singaporean and candidate who Permanently Resides in Singapore are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience
