B2B Sales Executive – Wholesale
Responsibilities
· Build and expand the client database of the company. (email, cold calling, any communication media etc.)
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate confirmed orders.
· Response to customer’s enquiries, preparation of quotation.
· Handle the processing of all orders/ delivery.
· Communicating with purchasing team.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision to achieve sales target
· Filing & paperwork.
· Admin or ad hoc task if any.
Requirements
- Min 'O' Level
- Min 1 year working in Customer Service/ warehouse/ operation sector is an advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented & positive attitude
- Able to start work within short notice
- Team Player
- Chinese speaking is must
