Tasks & responsibilities

• 50% hunter , 50% farming for Air Freight.
• Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
• Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
• Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to FF Sales leader.
• Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs, Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
• Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
• Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
• Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers
• Act as customer’s main point of contact to ensure the issue raised are dealt appropriately and be proactive for account management
