Product Management:

• Arrange and display products upon arrival at the outlet and from the cold rooms to the shelves.
• Ensure products are consistently stocked and rotated using the First-In-First-Out method.
• Maintain product quality and monitor expiry dates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Supervisors and Team Leaders in supermarkets.
• Update on competitors' new products and marketing activities.
• Secure support from outlets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Service outlets according to the assigned route.
• Provide customer-centric service.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Sales Responsibilities:

Sales Executive

Working Location: 80 Marine Parade Road, #12-02 Parkway Parade, 449269

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Description:

As a Hunter Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. You will focus on identifying and closing new business deals, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of products/services to new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role (With an existing client base), preferably within the freight forwarding / customs brokerage industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Added advantage of familiarity with Ocean, Air, Contract Logistics.
• Salary package will be commensurate based on experience and skill set (Basic & Commission).
• Based on experience, the ideal candidate may be considered for a Supervisor/Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience to clients
• Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries
• Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers
• Build good rapport with our network of applicators
• Ensure home-painting projects are completed on a timely basis
• To troubleshoot painting defects and complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of sales experience in modern trade (FMCG) / household items sales experience.
• Good to have paint knowledge / experience.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and sales targets (commission-based).
• Possess of own vehicle will be advantageous.
