About the position:

Contentsquare is looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Manager with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, data driven and analytical approach and natural sales management instincts to help lead our Sales Development Representatives across the APJ Region. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for securing intro meetings for our Account Executives. The SDR team members are creative, passionate, and self-driven team players. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible and motivated team to achieve individual, team and organizational quotas. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and reports to the GM MidMarket, SVP Sales.

What you will do:

• Hire, train, and manage team of Sales Development Representatives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on pipeline development strategies and execution of ABM strategy through SDR team
• Develop SDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
• Motivate SDRs to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity

What you will need to succeed:

• At least 2~3 years of experience being a SDR Team lead/ SDR Manager
• 1-3 years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role
• At least 6 months of demonstrated experience acting as a player coach to a high-volume outbound sales team to achieve aggressive goals in an enterprise sales environment
• Experience with account based marketing (ABM), and partnering with marketing to leverage ABM strategies--strongly preferred
• Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the SDR team by example
• Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment
• Demonstrated success in meeting monthly/quarterly targets
• Expert user of salesforce.com sales cloud for management of leads, contacts, opportunities. Ability to develop reports and dashboards in salesforce.com
