Call & Service Activity Management

• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements
• Determine the routing of the customer call depending on the customer’s request and contract obligations
• Create service work orders if necessary
• Assign and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assign service orders based on the advice of the FSE with helpdesk / response center duty or the Team Lead Field Services (or Service Delivery Manager) in the district

Quotation & Order Process Management

• Prepare service opportunities in SFDC
• Prepare services and spare parts quotations to customer following the Quotation Process.
• Get T&M and service quotes approved by District Operations Manager, Team Lead or Account Manager CS
• Send the approved T&M quote to the customer
• Follow up with customers on open quotations
• Process Customer Purchase Orders for services and spare parts.
• Manage DMR / billings and the closing of corresponding work orders

Order / Invoicing & Service Record Retention

• Compile service reports, parts delivery notes and other supporting documents for the purchase order invoicing
• Manage the Service Report retention process, ensure service reports properly filed for the audit purposes

Logistics support

• Follow up delivery status of ordered spare parts. Identify delivery issues and take corrective actions timely by working closely together with suppliers and physical distribution to resolve the issues
• Coordinate inbound/ outbound delivery of parts, and local shipment to customer site
• Coordinate warehouse activities (if applicable)
• Follow up hold procedure in case of hazard situations
• Report Defective on Arrival (DEFOA) following DEFOA process
• Comply with export control regulation

Job Summary

As an Operation Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of critical application systems. Your role involves overseeing system maintenance, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring smooth system performance. As a Retail Coffee Specialist, you will be part of the exciting and new omni-channel retail team, representing PPP Coffee on the frontline to advance our mission in connecting people with coffee. You will drive PPP Coffee's retail concept store and will be responsible for being the bridge between the product team and the coffee community by providing recommendations for home brewers from our range of coffee and equipment.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the front-of-house retail operations of the assigned outlet(s) by PPP Coffee in Singapore
• Responsible for maintaining the look-and-feel of the shop through visual merchandising and daily housekeeping
• Ensure a high standard of service is provided in the store at all times
• Conduct and follow up on requests for in-store demos, events and/or workshops
• Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Manage store inventory and arrange for stock replenishment
• Track, monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in monthly stock take
• Participate in regular product trainings and/or workshop
• Provide feedback and/or suggest areas for improvement
• Assist with any other duties as required by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Able to speak fluent English and/or communicate confidently with a diverse group of people
• Keen interest in specialty coffee and brewing equipment
• Service oriented and a team player
• 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays

Position Title: E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist (Retail support)
Location: Bencoolen
Working Days: Mon to Fri, 6 Days work week
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,500

Responsibilities

Process E-commerce order and inventory updating

• Orders processing in various e-commerce in a timely and accurately manner.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries received
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok and website etc
• Regularly update and ensure adequate inventory levels

Set-up and manage website and e-commerce sales/promotion

• Manage and assist in the product content, images, promotion mechanics and pricing update/ upload on the eCommerce Channels and website
• Overall manage / edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms
• Promote and manage online sales and presence.

Provide Social Media support campaign

• Manage the Group’s digital marketing front: Facebook, Instagram, Google (Analytics and Ads) - includes content creation and analysis of each campaign’s data
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Retail support

• Serve walk-in customers at our physical retail store
• Display and replenish stocks for other retail outlets
• Pick and prepare goods for delivery

Requirement

• Min 2 years experiece in related field
• Hands-on experience with eCom Marketplace Channel
