This position within the Business Risk Management department is responsible to perform the Monitoring & Assurance (M&A) reviews in accordance with the M&A framework with a set of globally aligned methodologies, as well as location specific reviews.

The incumbent will monitor any non-adherence to the existing requirements as set out in the bank’s policies and highlight any potential misconduct and emerging risk to the relevant forum and parties. MAIN DUTIES

• Analyse and identify any potential gaps in existing operational procedures

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

Responsibilities

• Bringing-in sales by doing sales call, site inspection to build rapports with customers.
• Respond to sales inquiries on timely manner from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, annual dinner, conference, ceremony, food and beverage services.
• Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key customers and their output, catering, conference related promotion information, and promptly feedback the information to the Director.
• Preparing proposals and contracts to potential clients
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and goals.
• Guiding sales team for daily sales activities.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
• Building business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques including all planning components of private and large party dining and community

Objectives of this role

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our services and products

• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance

Required skills and qualifications

• At least five or more years of working experience in private jet industry, preferably working as sales in the operators or as a charter broker
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding ability of SaaS in the private jet industry
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
