Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis

Get to know the role

You will support the Merchant Acquisition Team by tracking market trends and delivering applicable business insights, analysing sales pipeline and conversion data, and optimising processes to increase sales efficiency and growth across several Grab verticals - GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.

You will report to the Head, Sales and Grab Merchant Centre in Singapore.

This role will be onsite at Grab office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead market research and identify merchant acquisition opportunities across GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.
• You will develop and implement sales processes to enhance efficiency throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to merchant onboarding.
• You will build comprehensive dashboards by using data from multiple sources to analyze sales performance.
• You will support the planning and execution of sales incentive schemes to achieve business objectives.
• You will create detailed and impactful presentations for key meetings to communicate sales strategies and performance metrics.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional departments on projects.
• You will manage administrative tasks for the team, including employee management and systems access.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic OEM Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts with Dell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in OEM sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Dell. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow our business with Dell.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineering Director to lead our team of sales engineers across the APAC region (8-10 team members). The person will be responsible for managing all facets of the sales engineering function.  These include leading the most important sales cycles, ensuring technical plus professional excellence along with the recruiting, development and leadership of a team of Sales Engineers.

In this role, you will drive the technical sales process, ensuring our sales engineers deliver exceptional support and demonstrate the value of our SaaS business intelligence solutions to prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to maximize our impact in these regional markets and support our global growth strategy.

Your Focus

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales engineers across the APAC region.

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.

• Coordinate with marketing to ensure that technical materials are aligned with sales campaigns.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the sales engineering team.

• Report on team performance, sales opportunities, and customer feedback to senior management.

• Engage with key customers and prospects to build relationships and understand their technical requirements.

• Support customer onboarding and implementation efforts as needed to ensure successful product adoption.

• Support Partners of MicroStrategy to identify and define joint opportunities. The individual will provide functional and technical advice, sales training and other in-person support to Partners on an as-needed basis.

• Advance the product knowledge of MicroStrategy Partners through education, training, skills transfer, and best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in a sales engineering management position with proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment (8-10 team members).

• Strong previous experience in a Sales Engineering (Pre-sales) position, supporting sales cycles selling Business Intelligence or other high-value business solutions.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Quicksight, Business Objects, Cognos, Looker).

• Training in value-based selling (MEDDICC, Force Management, Demo to Win, etc.)

• Demonstrated sales success.

• SaaS and Cloud based selling with Hyperscalers and other partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• General knowledge of AI and prompt engineering.

• General knowledge of the BI and analytics market.

• Specific experience with MicroStrategy is a major plus.

• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, data integration

• SaaS and Cloud based selling with the main Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with APAC markets and cultures, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to travel as required.

• Degree educated or equivalent (Computer Science or Information Technology).

What will you do?

• Experience in Bid Management, responding to RFP and other Presales activities.
• Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a single point of contact for timely submission.
• Meticulous combing of tender terms and conditions, highlighting clauses that are risky to comply, suggesting appropriate Statement of Compliance responses.
• Accurate estimation of software solution costing with underlying assumptions.
• Understand software solution requirements of the tender from a business and functional perspective to write out the business functionality part of the proposal.

What are we looking for?

The Regional Threat Intelligence Specialist will work within the Global Security Intelligence function, supporting the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to stakeholders across the organization. Role tasks and responsibilities:

He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.

Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. Audit Experience: Extensive experience in responding to audit queries and preparing detailed reports related to access management. Skilled in analyzing audit findings and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available.

Remediation Expertise: Extensive experience in remediating CyberArk failed objects to ensure that auto-managed objects comply with security policies and standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity and compliance.

Technical Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key operating systems and databases, including Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB. Previous experience in administering these platforms enhances ability to manage and secure privileged accounts effectively.

Banking Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in a banking or financial services environment, understanding the unique regulatory and security requirements involved. This background supports effective implementation of access management solutions tailored to industry standards.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or a related field). Alternatively, a combination of relevant professional experience and CyberArk certifications is also acceptable, demonstrating a solid foundation in security practices.
