• Oversee and manage a 24/7/365 level 1 application support team, ensuring continuous support for both applications and systems.
• Participate in the recruitment and management of staff, including planning and organizing shift rotations.
• Train team members on the application's functionality, interface, and features, ensuring they are equipped to handle support tasks.
• Ensure team members provide adequate support to end-users, while also delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Take full ownership of all issues raised, ensuring they are resolved, regardless of which development team or vendor is responsible.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both technology teams and end-user clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain and update a knowledge base of known issues, defects, and troubleshooting techniques, and ensure problem tickets are properly managed.
• Handle escalations effectively and manage client expectations to ensure smooth operations.
• Debug and improve application code when necessary to resolve issues or enhance functionality.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles.
• Prior experience in supporting Web-based applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Familiarity with IT industry practices and methodologies (ITIL foundation certification will be an added advantage).
