This role will take the leadership of building an innovation pipeline for S&T projects across Asia and lead the creation of an innovation portfolio via partnerships with academic institutions and other innovation hubs, with the goal of creating novel and advanced products for Danaher’s growth franchises.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Identify complete set of start-ups and new ventures in Asia that align with the strategic envelope of the Danaher Ventures and could be targets for investment. Areas of focus: Genomic Medicine, Next-Generation Bioprocessing, Human Systems R&D, Diagnosis and AI/ML in Life Sciences and Healthcare. Initiate contact with targets in order to develop an point of view on attractiveness, adjacency and actionability.
