Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Security team, and critically, ensuring the safety and security of the guests of the Resort. Broad Function

i. Ensure WH security and building systems are always ready to support routine and emergency operations. Able to anticipate, troubleshoot and resolve systems issues.

ii. Coordinate with hospital IT provider, Synapxe to ensure cybersecurity requirements and processes are adhered to. Serves as a bridge between system specialist vendors and Synapxe to minimise, resolve issues over converged network and hardware to ensure all field devices are functional and ready.

iii. Provides technical advice and support to Facilities Management/Operations Support Group (OSG) and other hospital Users on evolving requirements, propose practical options that are cost effective.

iv. Provides oversight on systems maintenance regime by vendors, ensure proper documentation and records keeping. Ensure maintenance contracts are established or renewed on time.

The Sr Product Security Researcher, Product Security has global responsibility for the security associated with the company’s Product Security program. They will perform research, testing and validation of a product and its associated platforms, and guide integration of solutions within the overarching CIS program. Job Description

• Handle call queries and operational matters.
• Monitor CCTVs in Command Centre and respond to all matters in accordance to procedures and timeline.
• Work closely with Vendors, Clients and Manager related to any issues and incidents.
• Accurately and ensure timely reporting to manager daily.
• Submission of weekly reports and must be a team player.

Requirements

• Proficient in Mirosoft Office.
• Possess intiative and provide customer-oriented services
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Able to commit 12 hours or shift work pattern
• Able to follow company SOPs

Job Scope:

• Responsible for facility maintenance of the premises with high-quality service
• Manage day to day operational activities
• To enforce regulations in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Degree Holder
• Must be pro-active, meticulous, tactful, conscientious, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
