This position reports to the Finance Manager and assists the management team in accounting functions.

Reponsibilities

• Prepare and send quotation, invoice, credit note and monthly statement.
• Perform data entry to update Accounts Payable and Receivable records.
• Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements.
• Verify timesheet against attendances submitted.
• Process bank transactions for payroll and vendors.
• Keep proper record of finance documents and bank statements.
• Perform Payroll and Bank Reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of project costings and monthly reports.

What we are looking for

- You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Security industry, and preferably relevant work experience in the security industry.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Knowledge in
• networking concepts such as router, switches, wireless access points etc.
• operating systems such as Windows Servers, Linux, Mac etc.
• security concepts such as firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM etc.
• scripting languages such as Python, Bash etc.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies in the security suite.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CEH etc will be an added advantage.

Job scope

• Assist in the daily planning and deployment of Officers.
• Apply for LTA permit(s) as and when required for traffic TMO works.
• Assist OM in conducting regular site visits to ensure work standards and adherence of SOPs.
• Resolve and report to (OM) on any on-site manpower or operational issues.
• Build up an excellent relationship with clients (project manager, onsite supervisors) through prompt response to teething issues and job requests.
• Ensure welfare of officers are taken care of and provide feedbacks to OM, if any.
• Assist OM in organizing training for officers as and when needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by OM or management.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Computer literate
• Possess Security licence and CCTC certificate
• Experience in security and traffic control operations will be an advantage
• Able to communicate fluently with English/Mandarin/Chinese dialects- speaking clients and officers
• Has a pleasant disposition and being a good team player.
