As part of ByteDance's Security Department, Security BP team is not only responsible for the security and risk management of the Monetization business, but also plays an important role in connecting and building trust between the business and security team. Responsibilities

• Developing acceptance criteria, Test Scenarios, Test strategy, and Test case
• Responsible for test case execution, planning, maintenance, and reporting.
• Understand the functional and automation testing requirements and implementing the same in functional and regression Test Automation.
• Good understanding of SQL (Advanced knowledge is not required but should have experience in cross verifying data in database)
• Good to have previous experience in reporting and analytic tools (Not mandatory)
• Ability to transform Manual test cases into modular Automated tests
• Sharing test status, progress, risks, dependencies Validate data flow throughout application workflow (end to end).
• Must possess a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
• Be an active participant in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  

Required Skills

• A minimum 4 to 6 Years of testing enterprise or multi-tier applications with good knowledge of QA processes and Knowledge of Automation test tools.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Exposure and knowledge of continuous integration and continuous Deployment process and tools.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to develop system expertise and to deliver quality products on time.
• Proactive communication regarding test status, progress, risks, dependencies Validate data flow throughout application workflow (end to end)
• Research and evaluate new testing technologies and tools and frameworks
• An active participant in QA team meetings and planning sessions

• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
• Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
• Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
• Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
• Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
• Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
• Conduct user training session
• Support UAT & PRD deployment
• Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
• Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
• Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
• Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.

Requirements

• Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering
• Experience with programming languages is preferred
• 2 Years working experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.

· Facilitate requirement confirmation and design workshops, engaging projects, stakeholders from various teams (e.g., Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance).

· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions.

· Develop functional design deliverables, including page-flow, business logic, and validation specifications.

· Provide design handover to the Application team for implementation.

· Conduct post-build verification to ensure alignment with design specifications.

· Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Readiness Testing (BRT).

Skills / Experience Required:

Mandatory:

· Strong communication skills with demonstrated project management and scope control abilities.

· Proactive and results-oriented with a commitment to driving task closure.

· Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.

· Expertise in Requirements Analysis and proficiency with Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.

Preferred:

· Familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management processes.

· Experience with Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Work with group companies to collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Ability to data manipulation and apply statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders (familiar with regression and time series analysis)
• Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations
• Automate existing recurring reports and analyses
• Design and develop the data architecture for BI solutions
• Build data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions

Requirements:

• Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Knowledge with database, data modelling and ETL pipeline development
• Knowledge in SQL, and Python is a plus
