The Collateral Management team sits under the Clifford Capital Markets & Investor Solutions Group and is responsible for the ongoing servicing of all loans and bonds assets under management by the Clifford Capital group, including those residing on the Group’s securitisation vehicles. These assets include predominantly project / asset-backed, corporate and mezzanine financings within the infrastructure and maritime sectors.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets, which includes the preparation of portfolio and credit reviews, analysing waiver requests and provide recommendations, monitoring of covenants, maintaining credit files to an auditable standard, tracking and monitoring climate and sustainability related performance metrics as well as reporting the portfolio’s performance to relevant parties, including 3rd party investors. Make an Impact by

• Leading projects within the CBS Order Management - Telco domain to agreed timelines and budget
• Work with all levels of Business units in understanding business problems and initiatives
• Perform consultancy and advise of solution options for Business problems
• Perform lead role in the development lifecycle of large and complex projects from the initial scoping, devising and documenting high level and detailed technical solutions, reviewing all stages of testing and managing the deployment of the solution into production;
• Work closely with different technical groups and SME’s to fulfil e2e solution objective
• Engage vendors (local and offshore), negotiating solution costs and ensuring quality control over their deliverables
• Confident presentation skills to Business and non-IT resources
• Ensure solutions conform to the strategic domain roadmap and adhere to the standards set by the Solution Review Board and Enterprise architects
• Work independently but with guidance from an Associate Director
• Act as an application SME within an e2e Project
• Understand solution standards, guidelines, policies and best practice for technology, application, and data within the domain
• Provide timely and detailed Domain knowledge for use by Architects and Domain Architects in support of development of the overall IT Strategy and other architectural artefacts
• Acquire knowledge in present and emerging technologies and standards for access, fixed and mobile networks.
• Providing mentoring for less experienced team members and help with establishment of best design practice with peers and solution designers across SingTel IT.
• Peer reviews of other solution designs.
• Focus on peer engagement.
• Participate in and lead Knowledge Sharing design focus sessions.

Skills for Success

• Min 10 years in the ICT industry with proven delivery experience in a sizable contract or organization.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent field
• Practical experience in 1 or more OSS areas: Service Fulfilment, Service & Resource Inventory, Catalog driven Fulfilment, Discovery & Reconciliation, Service Order Management
• Experience in 6+ years in project delivery
• Experience in 6+ years in the Fulfilment domain
• 2+ years’ experience in a programming language including experience in an object oriented language and DB (i.e. Java, Groovy, PL/SQL) preferred
• Demonstrate experience and detailed understanding of 1+ of the following areas:Application or integration architecture
  Data modelling
  Technical or infrastructure architecture
  Network or technology architecture
• Practical experience in 2 of the Market Segments:Consumer
  Small Medium Business
  Corporate
  Wholesale
  Networks
• Demonstrated knowledge on 1 of the following products:Post paid mobile
  Pre paid mobile
  Fixed line telephony
  Fixed line broadband
  VoIP
• Experience and understanding in 2 of the following:Mobile networks
  IP Networks
  Transmission
• Experience and understanding in design and implementation of OSS in 1 of following vendors OSS solutions preferred:NetCracker
