The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and work flows and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate schedule changes with other departments to ensure that all passengers are notified in time and that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the schedule change

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive company growth by attracting new business, with a strong focus on local and Intra-Asia markets. It requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and competition to formulate effective sales strategies. The primary goals are to increase overseas shipments and build strong client relationships by implementing successful sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries. The role also involves conducting market research, negotiating terms with clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and keeping management updated on sales progress.
