The role

As a New Business Manager, you will drive business development efforts and acquire new customers in the Pharma, Biotech and/or Life Sciences industry. Our goal is to sustainably expand our customer base across Singapore, Hong Kong and South East Asia.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. This role ensures that financial data, reporting structures, and compliance requirements are aligned with the organization’s objectives. • Forecast & Analysis: Financial analysis for acquired business (Forecasts, budgets, models analysis), and integrate into Jabil’s budgeting forecasting process

Process Standardization and Optimization:

• Identify and standardize financial processes to ensure consistency with Jabil’s processes/policies post-integration.

• Work with site finance teams to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance

• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to reflect new systems and organizational structures.

Post-Integration Support:

• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.

• Monitor ongoing integration success and continuously identify areas for improvement.
