Position Overview:

As the Project Manager for the Joint Lab, you will be responsible for overseeing a team working on cutting-edge Debonding on Demand (DoD) materials and advanced processing technologies. You will manage projects that synthesize and characterize innovative polymers with controlled debonding capabilities, while ensuring smooth collaboration between key stakeholders. The position involves guiding the work of a Lead Technology Developer (DoD Materials) and a Scientist (Processing Technologies), focusing on materials innovation and driving progress from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, coordinate, and manage joint lab projects in the field of DoD materials and processing technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

· Oversee the design, synthesis, and characterization of advanced polymers with debonding on demand functionality.

· Manage the Lead Technology Developer (DoD Materials) and Scientist (Processing Technologies), ensuring high-quality research and development.

· Apply project management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and track project progress.

· Expertise in coordinating the development of materials with debonding on demand (DoD) functionalities and ensuring their commercial viability.

· Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing scientists and technology developers in a research and development setting.

· Experience in collaboration with external R&D partners and driving open innovation initiatives.

· PhD or Master's in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related field.

· 1O+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management and leadership roles in material development.

· Proficiency in English and strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and senior management.

· Strong organizational and software skills, including project management tools and Microsoft Office.
