Description

1. Plan , supervise and manage all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.

We are looking for a Solar Project Manager/Engineer who is passionate about deploying solar energy in Singapore. The successful candidate will be in charge of executing solar projects on roof tops all across Singapore and the region.

Job Requirement

• Design, build and install solar energy systems
• Onsite planning and managing of installation teams
• Contact point between the company and client during construction stage
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Hands on implementation on site
• Manage the full construction from pre to post-construction and handover of the system to the client

The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.

To better support the business, a new Sellside organization has been created that brings together the range of teams that support Sellside sales business operations including Strategy and Operations, Learning and Development, Data Tools and Solutions and the Sellside business support engine. These groups are the business partners to the executives in the Sellside supporting on a range of topics from ongoing operations to run the business, through to transformational projects to ensure future success.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Sellside APAC lead, advising on operations and organizational structure.
• Lead management of key business operating metrics (e.g., business performance, goals) and executive governance forums to increase accountability and share actionable insights against key metrics and roadmaps that accelerate our ability to meet publisher and developer needs for the Sellside APAC business.
• Lead and drive sensitive and critical projects for executive leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations, then driving to action.
• Function as lead Strategy business partner for cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in an operational role in a technology or marketing firm, or equivalent experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience with strategy development or project management using data analytics to influence executive stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a Chief of Staff role, or a similar role requiring leadership of varied strategic and operational initiatives while working closely with executive leaders.
• Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, Sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate, particularly for publishers and developers on the Sellside of the ecosystem.
• Ability to understand and articulate to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
• Ability to work in a complex environment and deliver multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Job Descriptions:

1. Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
2. Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
3. Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
4. Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
5. Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
6. Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
7. Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
8. Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
• Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
• Service oriented and good communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
• 4-days work week (Total working hours is 44 hours in a week)
