Our client, a leading firm, is seeking to add a Head of Cybersecurity Operations to their team. This role involves team management and demands a candidate with exceptional technical expertise and strong people management skills.

Job Description

As the Head of Cyber Security Operations, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the SOC team
• Developing and maintaining an effective incident response protocol
• Overseeing daily cybersecurity operations, including incident response and threat detection
• Regularly updating cybersecurity tools to address evolving threats
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs for cybersecurity vendors
• Performing regular vulnerability assessments

The Successful Applicant

As a Successful Candidate, you will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity positions, with a focus on managing SOC
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Certification in CISSP/CISM or an equivalent qualification
