- Must be able to converse in both English & Mandarin. Have a good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and respective associates)

- CHECK INVENTORY AND ORDER SUPPLIES

- RECONCILE DAILY SALES AND PETTY CASH TRANSACTIONS

- DEPOSIT AND TRACK CASH SALES

- MANAGE RESERVATIONS

- CHECK HYGIENE DAILY AND PERFORM QUALITY CHECK OF INGREDIENTS

- CLEAN THE RESTAURANT
