Role Purpose

As a part of the People Services team, this role leads and manages the functions of HR Information Systems, HR Operations and Projects relating to new system implementations, integrations, enhancements, data integrity, processes, record, and data management. Operational Excellence

· Collaborate with HR leads to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.

System Vendor Management

· Manage vendors and services providers including contract negotiation, overall delivery performance and outcome achievement, together with the People Services leadership.

· Main point of contact for 3rdparty vendor where HR system are concerned. Negotiation of addition scope of work for 3rd party vendor. Management and escalation of issues to 3rdparty vendor.
