• Participate in Projects involving application or data components as a SME.
• Provide high-quality support for the business-critical application(s) or data system.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth detailed knowledge of the applications you manage, including data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications.
• Maintain know-how documentation of all the support tasks with resolution.
• Develop programmes and processes for internally developed IT systems to deliver efficient business processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting and developing solutions for the Office 365 Platform including SharePoint Online, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Forms Bookings etc. Operational support experience of SQL servers and knowledge of SQL Query.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and web-based services. (websites, web applications)
• Demonstrate a good understanding of data / information architecture, Microsoft data lake, data pipelines and API integration.
• Application Knowledge of the following systems would be beneficial (Zendesk, Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshmarketer), Momentus EBMS Event Booking Management System, Online Bookings System, POS - TigerNix)
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting code proficiency( vbscript / python)

Job Description

The Site Project Manager will be on-site full-time for project management and day-to-day operations.

· to deliver the upgrading works, phases, and overall project within the period specified or approved and within the budget allotted.

· to deliver the quality specified and required.

· to ensure the works are carried out safely and with minimum inconvenience to the residents.

The Site Project Manager shall have the following qualification

· A Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering-related degree;

· The degree shall be recognized either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA;

· A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects, or 2 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.

· Has completed the certified Construction Safety Course for Project Manager conducted by training providers accredited by MOM. The Site Project Manager without the Certificate of “Construction Safety Course for Project Manager” shall attend the course and obtain it within 6 months of his employment at the site; and

· Possess a “Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel”. The Site Project Manager without the “Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel” shall attend the course and obtain it within 6 months of his employment at the site.

• Must have experience in On-site installation and commissioning of installed system (CCTV).

• Provide on-site after-sales and project support.

• Adhere to SOP on installation and ad-hoc service.

• Must be a team player and work closely with the product team.

• Deliver good customer services.

• Updating daily work progress report.

• Must have Class 3 driving license.
