Job Description & Requirements

Experience required

· Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

· Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.Coordinate with land

surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are

carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of

general quality control.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.

· Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.

· Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.

· Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.

· Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

· Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager

· Work as purchaser to source for supplier, issue PO and prepare supplier payment application

Qualification requirements or equivalent

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

· Positive personality and good team player.

· Meticulous and responsible.

· Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

• Lead, coordinate and manage the project, QAQC
• Liaise with respective functions to prepare project planning and progress report as and when required by authorities or clients and consultants.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Supervision of sub-contractors’ project execution processes.
• Attend technical meeting with authorities and consultants
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Familiar with relevant legal requirement
• Other duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines
• Good team player

Role - Assist project manager to manage construction project

Responsibilities - Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff

• Handle day-to-day operation
• Meet account SLA deliverables
• Manage customer escalation
• Manage operation team and operation cost
• Manage partners
• Redefine current process to improve efficiency
• Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Reporting
• Escalation are managed and perform timely updates
• Ensure SLA and SLA reporting
• Track cost and drive cost saving
• Work with Service desk team on reporting and SLA
• Define and work to continuously improve the operational ecosystem supporting the accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all allocated accounts
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments with customer impact
• Manage all operations and delivery related conversations with the customer
• Work with internal teams to develop problem management framework and service improvement plans
• Act as a primary contact for customer queries and issues and put in place preventive actions to ensure customer commitments are met, and escalations are pre-empted
• Look end to end across service delivery management processes, as well as upstream and downstream processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline, track, eliminate duplication, automate or improve the as-is status
• Lead action planning to tangibly improve the above
• Supporting the leadership team as a compliance/audit point of contact – including and not limited to audit engagements

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder
• At least 3 to 5yrs of relevant experience
• 5 days work (9am to 6.30pm) at Raffles Place
• Bank environment
• Salary up to $8000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, execute and complete of diaphragm wall construction projects
• Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specification
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
• Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities

Key Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Min 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge in diaphragm wall constructions
