They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
