What You'll Do:

• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on social media trends and changes, ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant on social platforms.
• Track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics, including growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct regular research to stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and customer service, to maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role. Fresh grads with exceptional background are welcome to apply!

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will create engaging content, plan campaigns, and build our online community, all while learning how to use tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline efforts. Over 12 weeks, you'll develop skills in content creation, strategy, influencer outreach, campaign management, and analytics, gradually taking ownership of our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content aligned with the company's brand and goals.

Express Singapore Clarke Quay, you are responsible for creating impact with a creative social-first

approach, and facilitating relationships with guests through community management. With an eye

for design, you will be developing and executing the brand’s visual identity for online and offline

marketing to drive a consistent brand experience and cultivate brand loyalty.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Ideate, develop and manage the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social media content with eye-catching visual assets in accordance with approved social content strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, and identify innovative ways to trendjack and leverage on the trends to promote the hotels’ services.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful execution and production of content.
• Acquire, manage and nurture partnerships, media and KOLs to drive awareness and engagement through user-generated content and conversion (online and offline) among key source markets.
• Strategise and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive high quality traffic and conversions, and regularly monitor performance to ensure optimisation of all campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all social media platforms, and assess against KPIs.

Design & Creative

• Creative production of online (e.g. social media, EDM) and offline content (e.g. POSMs, guestfacing collaterals) marketing to deliver a compelling brand story, including but not limited to conceptualization, design development, photography & videography production and copywriting.
• Custodian of brand standards across two distinctive brand identity, ensuring marketing collaterals are reflective of standards while conducting frequent audits and content hygiene maintenance.

Others

• Contribute to ongoing guest service excellence and community engagement efforts by responding to enquiries on social media and guests’ reviews on brand and online travel agencies’ websites in a timely, personalised and professional manner.
• Strengthen customer relationships through social and earned media, monitoring both hotel, R&Bs and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.
• Work closely with the greater Marketing team on marketing activities and utilizes best practices to provide a consistent brand experience and cultivate brand loyalty.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of marketing expenses.

Reports to the Cluster Marketing Manager. Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotels

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Preferred 1 – 2 years of experience of marketing experience in handling graphic designing and

social media role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is

desirable.

• Familiar with social media landscape and digital marketing channels/tools.
• Demonstrated experience in art directing, collaterals conceptualization and designing.

The Role:

• Singaporean/PR Only
• Work with external creatives to develop content across all social media channels (FB, IG, YT, TT)
• Content calendar planning and execution, including generating creative copy for all online content
• Community management
• Develop and execute review generation strategies (photo, video, written) across multiple social channels
• Lead the company’s influencer marketing efforts and managing deliverables
• Develop customer retargeting strategies through social media
• Deep-dive into social media analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports
• Managing social media platforms of the organization.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members
• Ability to work with the production team to deliver engaging, creative content (graphic, image and video) and familiar with web design/digital design
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross- functional teams
