The Opportunity

• Manage candidate experience and deal with internal and external queries in relation to recruitment process;
• Be an effective on-the-ground partner to the HR Business partners in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia, connecting the Talent Team with the regions operational nuances.
• Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future recruiting needs and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Actively headhunt and recruit talent within the Australasian Market (this will include, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia)
• Champion diversity and inclusion in the talent acquisition process, striving to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds to promote a varied and inclusive workforce.

Is this role right for you?

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent tertiary education)
• Proven experience in Human Resources with significant knowledge in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR/People Operations, Project Management, or related field
• Creative, resourceful, and experience communicating/influencing at all levels of an organisation.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes.
• Proven track record of diversity hiring and ED&I partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Distribution module in implementation, rollout or upgrade. S/4Hana & ECC experience expected.
• Understand business requirements and leverage SAP best practices to establish standard procedures for clients.
• Configure order to cash processes including Sales, Delivery and Billing documents.
• Exposure to or experience in SD-CS is advantageous.
• Customize sales and distribution settings including pricing, outputs, texts and others.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Integrate SD with other modules like FICO, MM, WM, PP, QM and PS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP environment, ideally consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• SAP Certification is an advantage.
• Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written).

Summary

Responsible for identifying new leads/accounts/channels within the Chromatography products/territory markets and to meet/exceed the set goals. Be the contact point of communication supporting and resolving all accounts enquiries. Execute pre-sales and post sales activities.

Key accountabilities

Overall

• Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Chromatography products in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain good business partnership with all customers.

Pre-sales (70%)

• Build funnels via account planning, mapping and data analysis to provide accurate forecast and sales strategy.
