• Experienced in dealing with Risk, Product Control and Front Office stakeholders in both Markets and Treasury divisions

  - Senior Business Analyst on development projects for Regulatory, Market Risk or Front Office requirements

· Work on Automation frameworks using Selenium for web applications, maintaining the test suite and adding test scripts for Mobile and Web applications in each sprint using the BDD cucumber framework.

· Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Architects, and developers to understand complex products in the Wealth management and securities domains.

· Act as the Single Point of Contact for TCOE for all test-related matters.

· Manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

· Provide ongoing maintenance support for applications and 24/7 stand-by support required.

· Work extensively in Agile methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira, Jama, and HP ALM.

· Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.

· Develop relevant frameworks in Automation, including BDD with Cucumber, TestNG, and Page Object Model.

• Support Sales Process by creating scope analysis, designing state of the art solutions, creating of proposals
• Autonomous lead of HIS/EMR track including creating and updating project timelines, handling change management process, creating status reports and preparing management summaries

Requirements

• Extensive Knowledge and Implementation experience in a major health information system (HIS) & electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Extensive hands on functional and configuration experience in the above including clinical process builder, clinical workstation, service concept, service rules, pricing procedure, condition types, billing, HL7/HCM, new business partner concept interface.
• At least 3 years ofexperience in Healthcare Projects
• 1 – 3 full cycle implementation project experience
• Experienced in Maintenance and Enhancement Support for a major HIS or EMR system
• Proven experience with relevant analysis, process design and Software implementation methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence
• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong customer and partner interface.
• Minimum Academic Qualification; Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload as well as tasks of project team
• Ability to work in a team and as an individual with tight deadlines
