- respond to enquiries on volunteer sessions available with on-going local programmes

- schedule various volunteer programmes’ sessions, and conduct some of them

- data input of corporate information on CRM and update accordingly

- arrange issuance of invoices and receipts

- compile feedback to improve internal processes

- express gratitude to participants with post session thank-you notes

- compile reports for Asia Pacific and International counterparts on a regular basis

A successful candidate would be someone who is

Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals for front-office Equities technology.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Product Manager, with specific experience in Equities applications within an investment banking front-office environment.
• Strong knowledge of equities trading workflows and front-office technology systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Equities applications, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, FIX protocol, messaging systems (e.g., Solace), and data analytics platforms.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.

Fund Administration Executive

Responsibilities

- Manage daily fund operations, including accounting, reporting, investment transaction processing, and trade reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, overseeing fund operations to maintain regulatory adherence.

- Review and analyze daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and monitor expense accruals.

- Assist with broker-related tasks, including onboarding and account setup.

- Prepare periodic reports on fund valuation and performance returns.

- Collaborate with external partners, such as brokers, fund administrators, and auditors.

- Support external accountants in invoice processing, preparation of financial reports, and bank statement reconciliation.

- Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund accounting, investment operations, or accounting services preferred.

- Strong drive, responsibility, proactivity, meticulousness, and attention to detail.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with VBA skills as an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for market application production services.

- Partner with the global support teams, infrastructure and development teams to ensure quality support to our end users.

- Report & escalate incidents to the appropriate chain of command with focus on business and technology communications to end users and senior management.

- Work with BCP coordinators to perform disaster recovery exercises and assist with audits.

- Carry out post incident review with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in production support in a financial service environment.

- Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, UNIX-flavor operating systems, and automation tools.

- Familiar with ITIL incident change management environment.

- Functional knowledge in Equity and Derivatives products is a plus.
