Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Basic Function:

As the Sales Engineer leads and develops Generator Sets sales strategies to generate new business opportunities to customers. This role involves locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators. • To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.
