About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are used directly by our clients in communication with external stakeholders instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies. • Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development. Our work is multidisciplinary, often beginning with evidence generation in the form of literature reviews, advisory boards with clinicians and payers, or economic modelling, to inform the development of materials that present an evidence-based account of the product’s value in a compelling and accessible manner.
  Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. These include developing product value messages and materials (e.g. brochures, slidesets, white papers, etc.), building health economic tools and models, and developing dossiers for submission to HTA agencies. A role in the Market Access division suits those who are passionate about patient access to healthcare, are fast-learners and have a strategic, problem-solving mindset. • Evidence Development: Evidence-based medicine is the cornerstone of medical decision-making. The work of our Evidence Development team encompasses literature reviews, synthesis and real-world evidence generation.
  
  Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. Job Description

CyberArk is seeking for an IT Technician and Support Specialist to join the IT service and Support Team in Singapore. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end IT support for the APJ region, providing frontline user support for desktop and laptop computers, applications, mobile devices, and related technology. You will also respond to inquiries, complete end-user asset management, set up local and remote new hires, build user accounts, email accounts, and all related system access and roles, and image and deploy computers and supporting systems.

A successful candidate will be someone who has demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment independently as a strong communicator with great customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
• Handle support tickets within the required SLA and IT service measures and with a high customer satisfaction
• Install and set up laptops, printers, phones, operating systems and applications (and other necessary equipment)
• Image computers according to specification using SCCM/JAMF/MDM
• Active directory maintenance
• Office 365 and corporate software related support
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications and hardware
• Repair and support equipment as necessary
• Act as the security liaison in the Singapore local office; adhering to the security guidelines and ensuring employees are following the company security policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years prior experience in a helpdesk support role with strong troubleshooting and problem solving mindset
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system’ Microsoft Office products, Mac operating system and Mac management
• Demonstrated ability with Active Directory, Exchange administration (email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, resources) and remote control support tools
• Confident in managing relationships with APJ stakeholders across levels and vendors
• Proven operator in processing support requests across APJ amongst other priorities
• Team player mentality in a regional & global team
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Can work in flexible hours within a global team

Our client is a Science Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Support Specialist (Inventory Management) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of laboratory supplies (consumables, chemicals, reagents) from suppliers to customer stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving supplies
• Monitor and adjust stock levels based on usage data, ensuring timely replenishment
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure products are within recommended levels and not expired
• Deliver supplies to customers' work areas reliably
• Provide site support for inventory management services as per customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockroom and point-of-use areas

Requirements/Qualifications:

• ITE or Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
