Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our data analytics and visualization tools to examine data, communicate findings about key business aspects such as sales, revenue, costs, and production.

• Perform process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks and implement business process improvements for maximum profit.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the optimal allocation of resources, investments in equipment, staffing decisions, or procurement strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in common data analysis programming languages, libraries, and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Pandas, NumPy).

• Solid data analysis and visualization skills, with experience in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Job Description - Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. This position requires a blend of business acumen, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and information support on applications to customers via email, messaging, telephone, and on-site when necessary.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, including writing fundamental SQL scripts, on reported issues.
• Escalate technical issues to relevant parties and follow through diligently until resolution.
• Monitor ongoing batch jobs to ensure successful execution without failure.
• Provide monthly reports.
• Perform SIT Testing, UAT Testing of Service Requests and reported defects.
• Ensure timely delivery of development work with quality, meeting internal and external customer expectations.
• Update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner.
• Oversee, update, and follow up on the defect tracking list until all issues are resolved.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project targets and quality objectives.
• Interact effectively with customers from different departments.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in a related discipline.
• Preferably with 3 years of IT-related experience.
• Experience using SQL query tools is preferred.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude towards meeting new challenges.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
