Responsibilities:

• Administer and upkeep IT infrastructure, documentation, user accounts and SOP
• Provide IT operations and its functions to our local and regional offices for IT infrastructure, network, security, IP telephony as well as maintenance and update of users’ computer systems
• Provide technical support to staff/end users on PC hardware, software, applications and other IT related requests
• Assist in conducting user training on systems, software applications and IT security
• Assist to deploy and manage software applications, solutions and their enhancements to existing and new users
• Assist in tracking of IT Assets/Equipment, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
• Ensure security of data, network access and systems backup
• Provide support, including after office-hours support, in the event of service outages, system maintenance or implementation

The job description and requirements as follows:

• Provide onsite client support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management
• Act as key project team members charged with the analysis of client and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and in some environments may consult on testing and deployment processes
• Expected to be technology leads for specific technologies and to use their deep knowledge of these technologies to propose enhancements.
• Point of contact for client’s projects, interfacing with vendors for successful project management deployment.

Requirements

To succeed in Network Engineer L3, Cisco ACI, contract role, you must have experience in Cisco ACI.

Key Requirements:

• At least five to eight years' professional technical experience related to software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure within a large scale MNC technology services environment
• Experience designing and building complex LAN and large WAN
• Expertise in routing/switching technology, including BGP, OSPF, etc.
• Experience designing and building complex data center network with Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions such as Cisco ACI, VMware NSX or any OpenFlow protocol
• Extensive hands-on LAN switches: Cisco, Huawei
• Experience designing and building complex campus network with Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions from Cisco or any other SDA vendors
• Experience in network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef)
• Experience designing and building network security (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL), Content Networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.
• Experience using Servicenow and Solarwinds tools for management of network operations
• Rotational standby

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintenance of day to day operations of all M&E services.
• Emergency call-out for 24hrs x 7 days to attend any emergency or perform corrective maintenance for Barclays.
• Assist to plan, schedule of M&E maintenance schedule.
• Co-ordinate, supervise and carry out all maintenance works, includes overseeing & managing sub-contractors.
• Perform scheduled maintenance check and report.
• Arrange and submit weekly method of statement, risk accessment, security notification of work, authorisation to work, permit to work, landlord permit to work and log out sheet for weekly maintenance works.
• Preparation of monthly summary report of all M&E works, data collation, statistics etc.
• Co-ordinate, supervise and carry out Integrated Performance Verification Testing to the M&E infrastructures.
• Conduct and attend monthly meetings with client, subcontractors and perform daily checks to the M&E infrastructures.
• General administrative works, e.g. filing of all servicing reports, call outs, corrective reports, etc.
• Representing client for any coordination with building landlord.
• Prepare quotation to client for any A&A work.
• Order relevance comprehensive M&E stock such as light bulb, fuse and fan belt.
• Help up to conduct fire drill.
• Any other instructions from client & Ad-hoc A&A works.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management) with minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision works.
• Must be matured and self-motivated. Minimum of ten (10) years working experience

Job Requirements:

Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities submissions.

Coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and contractors for projects

Carry out detailed analysis and design of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works

Supervise and inspect construction works.

Involved in design and analysis of steel and concrete structures.

Liaise with client and contractors with regards to potential design changes or resolve technical queries.

Design coordination with authorities and contractors

Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution.

Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills in structural

analysis and design work would be an advantage

A good knowledge of the application of design and drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro & Plaxis would be an advantage

Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.

• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.

• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.

• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
