Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

1. Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and clear completed work from the CMMS data base.
2. Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural support systems.
3. Response and resolve work orders for any mal-functioning for static and rotating equipment in the facility. Ensure minimum down time or timely repairs of production equipment.
4. Determine materials, spares, tools and method required to complete maintenance task safely.
5. Plan and execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with production team and engineers.
6. Ensure all plant valves are fully operational and all mechanical components properly grease and lubricated where applicable, including carry out, strip, redress and rebuild of various types of control and plant valves.
7. Supervise and work closely with in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute maintenance work at the terminal. Ensure safeguards are followed such as valid work permit are issued, wearing prescribed personal protection equipment etc.
8. Liaise with production team with all aspects of mechanical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on all installed piping components such as gasket, bolts, etc.
9. Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
10. Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
11. The incumbent shall be part of the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (ie fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery.
2. Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems i.e compressor/pump and diesel/gas engine.
3. Familiar with Permit to Work system and local codes, regulations and standards requirement.
4. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office and trained in the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); ie SAP.
5. Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.

The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety equipment, work methods, and procedures. Promptly rectify any unsafe situations, adhering to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Be responsible for implementing Company’s SOP and policies including compliance to QEHS policies. Conducting regular checks on the entire building to ensure the prompt removal of fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors, and obstruction-free access.
• Supervise Works: Control and supervise all AV Lighting and exhibition related works performed by Specialists/Technical Officers and contractors, including those carried out by tenant's fitting out contractors. • Procurement: Manage budgetary control of expenditures including preparation of annual budgets and forecast. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timeline including putting up of documents and procurement for OPEX/CAPEX requests.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you are responsible for supporting and executing the setup of the Packaging operations. This involves working closely together with the Capital Project team to ensure Safety, Quality, Compliance and Operational aspects of the packaging lines are adequately included during the design and construction phase. The Senior Technician/Technician – Centre Management System Support is responsible for ensuring all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities, and essential services are available daily to support daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS), creating a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Startup & Shutdown of Facilities, Exhibits, Attractions & Projection Systems.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, exhibition and gallery equipment, HVAC, and mechanical repairs to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment.
