You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

Requirements

· Recognised Enrolled Nurse Certificate or equivalent as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

· At least 2 years working experience in acute setting

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Compassionate, positive and caring nature

· Prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

l Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery

l Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures

l Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

l Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively

l Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification

l Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports

l Diagnose and rectify technical issues

l Perform standby duties if required

Requirements:

l Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)

l Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

l Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment

l Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

l Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills

l Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage

l Good working knowledge with routers, switches would be an advantage

l Good working knowledge in hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS) devices

l Experience in hardening of OS, system and network equipment

l Experience in Patch Management

l Good Knowledge of IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.
