2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (90%)

Clinical Practice

• Provide general clinical pharmacy services in assigned patient care area/service.
• Participate within a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure optimization of medication therapy and outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Execute RAMS Engineering activities according to industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure RAMS strategies are integrated and applied across project organizations.
• Perform hazard identification studies, safety analyses, and hazard management.
• Define and evaluate design compliance with safety requirements and principles.
• Review safety test strategies, plans, procedures, scenarios, and results.
• Oversee Installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and deployment method statements.
• Review and produce safety evidence and safety artifacts.
• Perform RAM analyses and manage RAM demonstrations.
