We’re looking to add a System Process Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a System Process Manager, you will:

Play a role in enforcing a control mechanism to ensure price integrity, stringent controls and check on processes and mapping; and implementing initiatives and control which would involve in-depth studies of current control at various level in GSBM process flow, structure and business models to ensure that there is continuous improvement of the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with IT team and Commodity team to enhance in improving the current business processes.
• To support documentation of all E-business control processes.
• Work closely with process owners and GSBM team to identify potential opportunities for improvements.
• To work with IT in reviewing the need for Digitization process in GSBM.
• System enhancement to improve work efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sites, HR and GSBM to support on training materials and schedule training if required.
• To work on Leadtime tracker with GSBM to ensure alignment of the market condition.
• To support any SAP related issues like EDI, VMI/Inventory Portal and system linkage issues
• To support department on functional knowledge and skill set on intranet posting.
• Review current system process for improvement.
• Align current GSBM system processes across the commodity at AMDS and TPS to ensure one system to be applied.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Computer/IT or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in process mapping/review, streamlining and/or re-engineering, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Prior working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or consulting firms will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and/or Frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with good initiative and a strong drive for success • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, resourceful and independent.

System Maintenance and Monitoring:

· Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups on system and network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in IT systems maintenance or a similar role.
• Proven experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure in a complex environment.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and/or Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM or HCI.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Familiarity with storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS) and data management techniques.
• Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
• Good leadership skill
• Good communication in English skill both spoken and written

Position Summary

You will primarily be responsible to work closely with business stakeholders, other project managers as well as resources across functional technology departments, to ensure timely and successful project deliveries.

Projects may range from minor to large-scale new business ventures containing major technology upgrades and/or implementations.

You will be expected to provide subject matter expertise in areas including, project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas, as well as drive risk/issue resolution and appropriate escalations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project SDLC cycle across the various stages such as: requirements gathering, solutioning & design, planning, quality assurance, and implementation into production
• Work closely with various technical teams across the Technology division to identify non-functional requirements, to ensure sustainable operational feasibility post-implementation
• Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and various technical teams involved in the project delivery
• Analyze and document requirements in close liaison with various stakeholders involved in the project; drawing together information needs from different business units across the organization
• Manage project scopes, project budgets, resource planning, and manpower availability and seek approval for any changes to project scope, project schedule or cost.
• Actively engage all stakeholders involved to identify project risks and apply feasible mitigation controls to ensure minimal impact to overall project deliverables
• Conduct regular meetings with project steering committee & senior leadership to update project statuses allowing for timely escalations for any gaps or potential risks identified.
• Prepare project matrices to track and analyze project performance, cost performance, time schedules while constantly looking to make improvements to efficiency and resource optimization

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related Technology disciplines with equivalent business experience and 10 years of progressive working experience for a major company or division of a medium to large corporation.
• At least 10 years’ of progressive experience in managing medium to large scale projects in a large organization
• Experience creating work breakdown structures (WBS) – translating requirements into tasks is preferred
• Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, track project performance, cost, is preferred
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, relational database management system concepts, and object design as related to software application solutions would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism through interactions with stakeholders across all levels
• Driven and motivated individual with keen eye for detail with great organizational skills that thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the Payments processing / Transaction Banking Systems would be highly advantageous
