· Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule.

· Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications.

· Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.

· Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.

· Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

· Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.

· Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result.

· Liaise with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data prior to testing in UAT and Mock Run environment.

· Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule.

· Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.

· Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization.

· Manage external vendors for project delivery within schedule.

Key Requirements:

Must Have

· At least 8 years of experience / knowledge in Application architecture and System Integration with combination of technologies such as Unix, Linux, Hadoop, Apache, Jboss. Maria database and NoSQL

· At least 8 years of CICD implementation experience from scratch with combination of technologies such GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Aldon, etc

· At least 8 years of network and security experience to resolve firewall connection issue, integration issue, implementing load balancing and disaster recovery needs

· At least 10 years of experience in developing Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, Java and Python from scratch

· At least 10 years of experience in application and database design and UI/UX design

· At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, data mapping and process mapping

· At least 8 years of experience in Production Support Management, Incident and Problem Management

· Knowledge in networking, firewall, data migration, password encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning and testing

· Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data

· Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Objectives

● To lead and deliver AML SAM Actimize upgrade into Production according to the SDM policies

● To provide reliable and timely system analysis and support for AML Transaction monitoring system upgrade

● To provide reliable leadership and support during System Integration Testing and UAT phases.

● To manage and resolve Audit and Security findings timely

● To identify early and escalate critical delivery showstopper with proper context timely and to propose viable solutions or workarounds where possible

Key Responsibilities

● Perform analysis on Business Requirement and document proposed solution in Functional specification and estimate required effort

● AML Transaction monitoring system Design, Development and Unit Testing

● Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT

● Manage and work with vendor teams to successfully deliver upgrade of SAM v9.0 for AML systems

● Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system delivery

● Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.

● Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment

● Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via

● the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools

● Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise team’s competency level.

Key Requirements

● At least 6 years of AML system enhancements for Transaction Monitoring delivery experience in the banking industry

● Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work on AML-Actimize application (RCM, SAM, AIS)

● Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of upgrade or defects fixes work

● Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills

● Hands on experience in data mapping from source to target systems

● Proven and strong vendor management capability

● Good application design and Operational impact awareness

● More than 9 years of total IT industry experience

● Good communication skills and experienced in MS-Excel and PowerPoint presentations

● Able to collaborate and lead the system analysis as an individual contributor

Job Description:

• Assists Maintenance Executive in daily operation (perform preventive and reactive maintenance)
• Troubleshooting of M&E equipment
• Assists in supervising contractors when they are at work
• Assists in system enhancement, whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NTC 2/3 in Mechanical or Building Services
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of air-con, electrical, sound system, and plumbing
• A plumber license is preferred
• Prior experience in Hotels/Clubs will be an added advantage
