• Responsible for user service management of the applications, ensuring systems are both functional and user-friendly

• Collaborate with vendors to tailor solutions to specific user needs.

• Manage and govern IT service providers and vendors to ensure SLA commitments are met

• Partner users in evaluating IT solutions and products so that the solution implemented is secure, reliable, and has the necessary vendor support/warranty in place

Security and Compliance

• Ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes

Resource Management

• Manage and monitor IT budget, procurement and utilisation relating to systems and applications

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Digital Healthcare, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Platform/SaaS system lifecycle management, a good understanding of systems approach and how digitalisation impacts processes. Experience working in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

• Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.

• Experience with application development will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

• Good time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Comfortable learning new technologies as needed for new solutions

• Proactive, resourceful, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities

• Must be willing and able to travel across Singapore to support remote sites when required

• Passion and keen interest in the aged care sector.

About the Role:

The Building Automation System Engineer shall possess a diploma in Building, Facilities, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Maintenance System. The Building Automation System Engineer shall be familiar with the Building Maintenance System (BMS) and have good knowledge in building M&E system.

The responsibilities of the Building Automation Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

1) On daily basis, follow up on anomalies or faults detected from the use of the Building Maintenance System to optimize the building equipment;

2) Deep dive into building function and equipment to improve energy efficiencies and eliminate intermittent faults, derive new fault rules specific and relevant to the Sites; and

3) Manage, operate, configure, modify and perform troubleshooting on the Building Maintenance System

About You:

1) Possess a recognized diploma in any discipline of building, facilities, or engineering (with M&E background preferred) related discipline from a recognized establishment with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in facility management works

2) Trained in Building Management System

3) Fluent with Microsoft Office

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automation team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming, etc.
