You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will also participate in the development, implementation and review of CareHub’s functions and initiatives, as well as be a knowledge champion to continuously support our call centre officers to obtain and maintain competency in managing resident and partners’ queries within KPIs and standards. 4. Conduct audits on call and email cases to ensure standards are met with proper documentation and basic visualization charts to support high-level reporting to management.

Play a vital role in the on-boarding process of new employees, handling administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, updating and coordination of the training plan and schedule, updating email distribution lists, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources. 12. Collaborate with other departments to support the operations and administration of CareHub eg. work with the finance department to track and monitor budgetary expenditures.
13. Coordinate and schedule meetings which will involve the booking of rooms, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized.
14. Undertake additional administrative tasks as required. These may include data entry, filing, and providing general office support. You will also have the opportunity to support other departments with various projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis.
